To the City of York Council. The petition of the residents of the Revival Estate in Dringhouses and Woodthorpe Ward, York: Declares that; The Revival Estate has had ongoing issues with inconsiderate and potentially dangerous parking since its completion. Some residents have been left unable to exit the estate. Delivery, maintenance, and waste/recycling vehicles have been unable to reach properties on multiple occasions. Double-yellow lines have proved inadequate and parking on pavements has created issues for those with wheelchairs, mobility scooters, pushchairs, and prams.

The petitioners, therefore, request that the City of York Council implement a residents’ priority parking scheme for the Revival Estate, on the streets of Principal Rise, Academy Drive, Bursary Court, Chancellor Grove, College Court, Masters Mews, and Teachers Close. And the petitioners remain, etc.
