Personal Details
- I was born in Edinburgh in 1962 and came to York with my family in 1965. We lived in the Hollybank area of Holgate and I attended St Paul's C of E Primary School and later Mill Mount Grammar School. At sixteen I left school and went to York College of Arts & Technology to do a diploma in Business Studies.
- I am married; have two children and one stepson. I have worked for a number of organisations in York including Midland Bank, General Accident, CPP and City of York Council. For the last four years I have worked as an assistant to Hugh Bayley MP in his office on Holgate Road. My children attend Millthorpe School.
- My interests include housing, education, reading and walking my springer spaniel on Hob Moor. I also enjoy travelling in this country and abroad.
