Map of where we are:

The City of York Labour Party has a responsibility for the administration and political direction of two parliamentary constituencies; York Central and York Outer.

These constituencies have been created as a result of a recently commissioned boundary review but will in electoral terms only be applied at the next General Election.

York Central constituency covers the central area of York. All those Wards within it are currently part of the City of York parliamentary constituency whose Labour MP is Hugh Bayley.

York Outer encompasses those areas surrounding York. The Wards within in are currently in four parliamentary constituencies. City of York (Labour MP Hugh Bayley), Selby (Labour MP John Grogan), Vale of York (Conservative MP Anne McIntosh) and Ryedale (Conservative MP John Greenway).
